Nothing but heavily process "man-made" garbage that's making you fat. you basically wasted your time.V. it's the TYPE. It isn't the AMOUNT of calories you consume. You've bought the lie "hook line and sinker"! The myth that fat calories make you fat. Actual "real life" Eskimos consume fat in abundance. And I don't mean the difference between saturated and unsaturated fat here. lies.. Are they grotesquely obese? Hardly.. Drum role please. So what gives? According to all those T..... But it makes you feel good. (Saturated is good for you, after all).
It's no different than all the talk about getting the "right amount of calories per day". Shocking thing is that we consume far less fat than any Eskimo ever dreamed of. you've just been freed from the counting fat calories prison. Which one is allowed to pass through the pearly gates into your cart? The one with the fewest fat calories of course.. It's not the fat that makes you fat. So here's my advice. it's the TYPE of fat that makes you fat.But why? Why all the fuss and frustration of checking food labels? Why all the hassle spent counting fat calories? Here's why. Our population is riddled with em.. So you'll stand there and compare the two salad dressings.
I mean the difference between chemically altered "man-made" fat and the stuff that ain't been touched. And the vast majority of the fat you're getting in that salad dressing and all that other boxed and packaged junk lining your super-market shelves is the wrong type. but it ain't like the average American.. There is some common sense required.. Focus on purchasing food in it's most natural form. The natural stuff.. It isn't the AMOUNT of fat you consume... Lies, lies. 60% or more of their diets are blubber. But you can relax and breath easy.. Now you may have your "fatso" here and there.
